The agreement
Terms
You are buying a spot on a fan board, once, for good. This page says what that means and how a spot can be lost. Plain words, on purpose.

01 — The deal
What you get
A payment gets you one tile and one page. Your total decides your rank; your rank decides your size. The spot is yours for good — no subscription, no expiry, no renewal.
You are not buying a fixed position. Anyone can pass you by paying more. That is the game, not a bug.

02 — Rank
How rank works
Highest total is #1. Equal totals rank by who paid first — matching never passes. If the board is full, listings past #502 keep their rank, total and page, but no square, until a top-up draws them again.
If you ticked the box at checkout, you get an email when you leave the top ten or fall off the board. Those two only. One click stops it. It is a courtesy, not a promise.
03 — Identity
One bias, one tile — per board
A slot is for one bias — a group or a member. Slots are keyed to the homepage they link to: one link, one tile per board, and a second payment for the same link tops up the first. Top-ups must use the email the slot was bought with. The link must be a homepage, and the title cannot be a link. Only post images you have the right to post.
04 — Payment
Stripe, no accounts
Payments run through Stripe. Card details never touch this site. There is no account here — your email stands in for one. It gets the receipt, it proves the listing is yours, and top-ups with a different email are refused before any charge. If that mailbox is ever gone, email me from an address at the domain your slot links to and I will repoint it by hand.
05 — Content
What is allowed
Fan-made tributes to real artists. Keep it something your bias could see and smile at. Not allowed: adult content, alcohol, gambling, crypto — and no private, leaked or stalker-taken material, no doxxing, no hate aimed at any artist or fandom. Those come down and get refunded. A blunt filter also screens checkout, the board can run with manual review, and I can remove anything illegal, deceptive or abusive. Images must be PNG, JPG or WebP under 5 MB — no SVG, because SVG can carry code.
06 — Money back
Refunds and chargebacks
Refunds are for real problems — a double charge, a wrong amount, a tile that never showed. Being passed by a bigger payment is not a problem; it is the product.
A refund takes back the space it bought. The amount leaves your total and your tile shrinks to match. At zero, the listing comes off the board. A chargeback does exactly the same, automatically — email me before you call the bank.
07 — The links
Fan-made, not official
Every tile is a paid fan spot. Money bought the space, not my word for whoever posted it. BiasBid is fan-made and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any artist, group, label or agency — names and images on tiles belong to their owners. Click-throughs leave this site; what happens after is between you and them. If a slot is a scam, tell me and it comes down.
08 — As is
Limits
The board is provided as is. No promises about uptime, traffic or future design. Where the law allows, my liability is capped at what you actually paid me. Rights your local law gives you stay yours.
09 — Changes
If these terms change
The date at the top changes with the text. The terms in force the day you paid are the ones that covered that payment.
